Any reason why Romano and Italy say ve/chigi?

I share the belief with others that North Italy’s “ve” is a reference
to part of his land, that being Venice. It’s stated to be a physiological
response as a result of their curls being tugged on.

Physiological refers to one’s body, the different organs or parts,
as well as their function. Since we know that the nations’ landmasses are
reflected in their human bodies (ex: America’s texas), their verbal ticks are very
likely referring to a specific geographical region.

What I haven’t seen others do is give a reason for Romano’s “chigi.”
That’ll be tonight’s theory.
