took so long to answer this, but when I first read the manga, it was all available
online!
Since a lot
of the old scans are no longer available in a complete volume format, I’ve recently had to buy some of the
volumes. I waited only because I wanted to make sure that the website I used

You can
purchase the first six volumes of the manga (not World Stars) new from Right Stuf Anime. They distribute from
Tokyo Pop. Although, the shipping is like twice the price: $22-23 if you’re in
North America. Either way, I got my order in less than a week.
If you want the whole collection, I’d recommend ordering
the volumes all at once in a bundle, as the shipping price doesn’t increase with
the # of items you buy. It’s an initial fee.
