Thank you! And yes! I’m pretty strict on that. If you’re going to form a counter, back up your claim with the strips. Floating claims are the biggest perpetrator of misconceptions in the fandom. Every conclusion has to be linked to a strip. It doesn’t mean that it’s a truth per say (only Himaruya can confirm that), but it lends more credibility to your argument.
Side note: I know this is in my ask guidelines (but most of you don’t read them lol), but if I’ve already answered a question regarding a theory/ counter, I don’t answer asks that brings it up again.
I have a post directory with all my post links attached. Just like a researcher has to look through existing literature on their topic, I expect those who form their counters to look through what has already been said. I just don’t think it’s fair for me to constantly re-answer something that I’ve already explained + it gets redundant for those who have already read these thoughts.
However, if you touch on something that I’ve already explained and raise a question about my thought process/ conclusions, that’s when I’ll be more than happy to elaborate/ back up my claim further.

You’re welcome? Why are we in all caps here lol?
