LOL hmmm.
I’ve always found his culture shock to brightly coloured foods to be cute [x].

Millennials, stand aside. We’ve been wanting to die for centuries. Unfortunately, we’re totally immortal.
“I remember death so much it feels more like a memory.” LITERALLY!!!!

Work’s giving you’re a migraine? Try being shot in the head a few times.

Forget no-strings attached. No-strings is our way of life.
Not aging makes us virtually undateable to the majority of the population. Nothing says major turn-off like being perpetually baby-faced…hang in there, Latvia!

Thanks to our bosses, we have an inhumane amount of paperwork to do every day.

Still waiting for France to unionize us and pull off a strike. Any century now…

Unlike humans, breakups can mean a number of things to us.
What’s more AWKWARD than having your ex-colonial overlord as your colleague?

Did I mention how much it sucks be us?!

Me: Yay! The weekend! Time to relax.
Life: :)))))

I love this! Brilliant! Strange challenge accepted!

The power is back for me. I was in the area where the second weaker tornado hit. Cars and houses were smashed by trees/ roofs, but they weren’t leveled like those in Dunrobin. The worst was that a few hydro poles snapped, the roof of a fastfood restaurant was thrown into some of my neighbor’s backyards, and that a few people were trapped in their cars.
The damage to my house included my father’s front car being dented and our fence being broken. Thankfully, it wasn’t anything worse. He was sitting in the living room when the tornado hit, so I’m incredibly grateful that nothing came crashing through our patio door. Winds reached 200km + and trees were uprooted like matchsticks.
There’s a gofundme for tornado relief funds, so I’ll link it here [x].
We’re all good, thank you! (jesus, all followers from Ottawa should just host a get together lmao. I didn’t realize there were so many.) We’re still unsure what happened, but there was definitely a touch down. That’s what a military guy said anyway. The whole area was sectioned off and the gas was shut off.
I don’t think power will be coming back any time soon, so I’d recommend doing what I did and find a public place to recharge all your devices.
Good, I’m glad 😀 Thank you for letting me know.
There were three from what I’ve heard. (Cut to a flashback of the tornado scene from The Day After Tomorrow).
The ones in Dunrobin and Gatineau are being talked about, but no one’s talking about the one in Nepean that I experienced! I’m so glad you’re okay 😀
All I remember was screaming for my Dad to come into the basement, only to hear this massive crack of a tree being uprooted.
