tbh idk why America and England are portrayed as bad cooks. classic homestyle American food (continental breakfast and desserts) is bomb and British pastries are just as good if not better

I think the characterization has more to do with the fast-food industry. It’s a pretty common stereotype from a foreigner’s perspective!
